“Services” means the services provided by Thrive by Five Index from time to time, including the provision of access to the Website and Google Form Application Portals.
“Service Provider” means any natural or legal person who processes Personal Information on behalf of Thrive by Five Index. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by Thrive by Five Index to facilitate the Services, to provide the Service on behalf of Thrive by Five Index, to perform services related to the Services or to assist Thrive by Five Index in analysing how the Services are used.
“Usage Data” refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Services or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
“Website” refers to the website owned and operated by Thrive by Five Index, accessible from https:/thrivebyfive.co.za/.

In using our Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain Personal Information that can be used to contact or identify you. The Personal Information we collect may include, but is not limited to:

Retention of Your Personal Data Thrive by Five Index will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to provide the Services to you. We will retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with Data Protection Laws and other applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Services, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Your information, including Personal Information, is processed at Thrive by Five Index’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. We may share your information with our donors and/or funders and/or Service Providers for statistical reasons, to analyse participation in relation to the Services. The information we provide in this regard will not be personally identifiable information, unless we have a legitimate basis to disclose your Personal Information.
Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
We may share your information with our Service Providers to render the Services, and/or otherwise for our internal administration purposes, including to provide us with business, professional, or technical support. These persons will only be provided with access to your Personal Information to the extent necessary.

We may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

- The right to rectify/correct/update inaccurate Personal Information and to update incomplete Personal Information.

You will not generally have to pay a fee to access your Personal Information(or to exercise any of your other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
