This is the website privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) for the Thrive by Five Index (“Thrive by Five”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an early childhood development campaign in South Africa.

Definitions
In this Privacy Policy, the following words mean:

It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by Thrive by Five Index to facilitate the Services, to provide the Service on behalf of Thrive by Five Index, to perform services related to the Services or to assist Thrive by Five Index in analysing how the Services are used.

Donors/Funders
We may share your information with our donors and/or funders and/or Service Providers for statistical reasons, to analyse participation in relation to the Services. The information we provide in this regard will not be personally identifiable information, unless we have a legitimate basis to disclose your Personal Information.

If Thrive by Five Index is involved in a merger or acquisition, your Personal Information may be transferred to the merging or acquiring entity. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
